- Note 1 This is included in the Homepage setup for clients already on e-mail. Clients not on e-mail can get the information forwarded to them by fax or mail for $ 3 each time.
- Note 2 Two amendments are permitted free each year. Following amendments will be billed at the rate of $ 25 each.
